Wayne Community Health Fair

We're excited to host the 3rd Annual Wayne Community Health Fair!

Our partners at UPMC Health Plan, UPMC Hamot, ECAT, and the Blue Coats are excited to host an afternoon of resource sharing, activities, food, free screenings, giveaways, immunizations, and more.

Head across the East Ave to Wayne Park to see The Riffriders at 5PM, featured artist for the City of Erie's 814 Concert sponsored by UPMC Health Plan!

Participating organizations include Crime Victim's Center, Barber National Institute, EmergyCare, City of Erie Fire Department, Lake Erie Birthroot, Erie's Black Wall Street, Black and Brown Communities on Mental Health and Wellness, Child Development Centers, Love Your Block, YMCA, Mental Health Association, East Middle School, Second Harvest Food Bank of NWPA, Northwestern Pennsylvania Black Nurses Association, and many more.
